Mental Health Awareness Course

Presented by mental health nurses who have decades of knowledge and experience, this informative course aims to provide you with the skills to effectively assist your loved ones, friends and work colleagues, and improve your own mental health. You will learn how to recognise the signs and symptoms of mental health disorders, develop effective strategies and improve communication, and dispel the stigma and myths surrounding mental health.
